Fruit Sale Pick Up

The fruit is coming! It will be delivered this Friday morning...February 10, 2012. Fruit must be picked up from the CRESTWOOD HIGH SCHOOL CAFETERIA between 4 and 7:00 p.m. FRIDAY. All fruit must be gone by 7:00 p.m. Friday, February 10, 2012. This is the only day fruit will be distributed. Remember the orders were prepaid so all you have to do is pick up and deliver it to your customers.

Scarlet Guard Disney Bound in March 2012

The Crestwood Scarlet Guard Marching band has also been accepted to perform at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom as a part of the evening “Spectromagic Parade of Lights”, as well as the Disney “In Performance” music/movie workshop series. The trip to Orlando, Florida would take place during the Crestwood Spring Break, March 30 – April 6, 2012. While in Orlando, in addition to the performance opportunities, students would have the chance to see the Pirates Dinner Theater, Cirque du Solei, Blue Man Group, Disney Parks and attractions, and Sea World.

This past weekend the Scarlet Guard traveled to the Bands of America Grand National Championships. The band gave a truly inspiring and emotional performance in Lucas Oil Stadium. Thank you so much to all the countless hours spent by all students, parents, staff, alumni, friend, and family that helped make this marching band season unforgettable. Without your commitment to excellence and music education the memorable performance at Grand Nationals would never had been possible!

CSG Receive Straight Superior Ratings!

On Saturday, October 22, 2011 the Crestwood Scarlet Guard Marching Band traveled to the New Philadelphia Band Competition. The band’s performance of “Switch” was a very energetic performance by the Scarlet Guard! The band at on Saturday received straight superior ratings! Thank you so much to all the parents for your overwhelming support yesterday in all the behind the scenes work yesterday. This truly helped make everything go so smoothly for kids all day! Also thanks to all those who came out to cheer the band on in the stands at both events. It was so nice to see all the “Switch Wear” in the stands supporting the band. Thank you to everyone who made the weekend a success! We would love to see everyone in the Crestwood Band family at our next performance of “Switch” at the OMEA State Marching Band Finals held at Dublin Jerome High School!

3rd Annual “Band-Tastic” Golf Outing

Register your team now to come on out and join the Band Patrons at the beautiful Kent State University Golf Course a day of golf, food, prizes, and fun! Featuring 18 holes of golf with a shotgun start at 9AM, followed by snacks and a delicious Steak or Chicken lunch with beverages, we will have a great time raising funds for the band.
